Eligibility: Any JJI, IBJJF, USJA, JJF, JJA, BJJA, USJI.  Any other members of a recognized National Organization must contact the director for approval. 
Temporary membership applications are available on site cost $20 

Scoring System: Submission Only Modified Double Elimination or Round Robin for divisions with 5 or less competitors.

Rules: IJJF rules will govern the competition modification for no chocks allowed below 13 years of age and no arm-blocks allowed below 18 years old. IJF rules for 18 years and older only to allow elbow blocks/arm-bars.

Weigh-In: will begin Friday, August 2, 2019 at a time to be released soon.

Junior Age Divisions 
12 years old
13&14 Years old
15&16 Years Old
Weight Divisions
Light, medium, and heavy weight.  Super light and super heavy if necessary

Senior Divisions (17 - 29)
Female: 48 kg, 52 kg, 57 kg, 63 kg, 70 kg, 78 kg, over 78 kg
Male: 60 kg, 66 kg,  73 kg,  81 kg,  90 kg,  100 kg,  Over 100 kg
Masters Divisions (30 + years of age) Male & Female, to be determined by the number of competitors.

Special Senior Open Division:
If there is enough interest we will offer a special senior open division for $20 per person. All contestants will be sorted by weight from lightest to heaviest.  The competitors will be placed on a pool sheet and paired with the next competitor for the closest weight.  Competition will continue in single elimination style until an eventual champion is crowned.  

$60 for 1st division and $20 for 2nd division. 

Competitors are only allowed to enter a maximum of 2 regular divisions - excluding the open division.

All competitions are submission only

2019 State Games of America merchandise will be available for purchase during events at various locations or on our website now

2019 State Games of America bronze, silver and gold medals will be given in each category/division.
Medal engraving done near venue provided by local company for a fee.
