*Please note: Mixed Doubles will be played on Sunday. All other doubles will be played Saturday afternoon/evening. Players can play in singles, doubles and mixed doubles events.

Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members.
Level 4 Boys' & Girls' Singles: 78' Yellow Ball 12-18 (FMLC)
$65.00 for BG (12-18) (78'Court/Yellow Ball),NEF.
$54.25 per player for BG (10) (78'Court/Green Ball),NEF, Green Level 1.
$23.00 for BG (14,18) (78'Court/Yellow Ball),NEF; XJ(18) (78'Court/Yellow Ball),NEF.
$43.50 for E (10) (60'Court/Orange Ball), NEF, Orange Level 1.
Maximum fee charged per player is $86 plus the processing fees for the number of events you select.

Level 4 Junior Mixed Doubles: 78' Yellow Ball 18 (SE)
Boys and Girls 10 & Under Green Ball: 78' Green Ball (FMLC)

ADULT ENTRY INFORMATION
Entry to this tournament is open to USTA Members, USTA Members who have an expired membership and Non-USTA Members.
All Adult play is based on the following levels:
$65.00 per player for MW (Op)s,FMLC.
$33.00 for MW (Op)d,NEF; X(Op)d,NEF.
$65.00 per player for NMW (3.0,4.0)s,FMLC.
$33.00 per player for NMW (3.0,4.0)d,NEF; Combo MX(6.0,8.0)d,NEF.
A: Advanced Players 4.5+ NTRP Levels
B: Intermediate to Advanced Players 3.5-4.0 NTRP Levels
C: Newer to Intermediate Players 3.0 and below NTRP Levels
Men's Singles A, B and C
Women's Singles A, B, and C
Men's Doubles A, B and C
Women's Doubles A, B, and C
Mixed Doubles A, B, and C
All Singles will be 2 sets and a tiebreaker in place of 3rd set.
All doubles will be 8 game pro-sets with a tiebreaker at 7-all.
Singles draws will be First Match Consolation Tournament, meaning if you lose your first match you will be placed in a consolation tournament. Doubles will either be compass draw or round robin with all players being guaranteed 3 matches.
2017 State Games of America bronze, silver and gold medals will be given in each category/division
