+ Competition Information
Basketball shooting consists of a shoot out and free throw competition. Participants may enter one or both events for their entry fee.
Free throw starts at 1:30 pm. Shootout will follow immediately for each division. Warm up is 30 minutes before starting time.
All hoops will be set to 10 feet in height.

Each athlete must bring his or her own ball. Official high school size and weight balls are to be used for all male divisions age 15 & over. Official girls’ high school size (28.5oz) balls are to be used for all female divisions in addition to male divisions 14 & under. Volunteers will be needed to help score and time. If you are interested in volunteering, contact the us at info@iowagames.org.
The State Games of America reserves the right to combine divisions as needed based on registration numbers.

Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals will be awarded to the top three places in each division.
+ Packet Pick-Up
Athletes can pick up their packets at Sukup South End Zone Club at Jack Trice Stadium. Access to Sukup End Zone is from University Boulevard. (MAP)
