The youth and adult competition will take place during the same meet.

Events will begin with the youngest age division and progress through all age divisions. Female contestants in each age division will compete first, followed by the male contestants in that age division. In all track events, heats will be run with the best time determining the final placing (except 100 M Dash). Only the 100 M dash will be listed in heats.

Seed Times & Distances: Seed times and best distances are not required, however, athletes can indicate their seed times and distances during online registration. These will be taken into consideration when creating the meet.

Current USA Track & Field rules will apply unless noted otherwise.

Age Determining Date: December 31, 2022

50 M is available for age groups 10 & Under

+ Awards

Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals will be awarded to the top three places in each division.


+ Packet Pick-Up

Athletes can pick up their packets at Sukup South End Zone Club at Jack Trice Stadium. Access to Sukup End Zone is from University Boulevard. (MAP)

There will be a fee for the first event. Each event after that will be an additional $5/event.

$25 if registered by March 1
$30 if registered between March 2 - May 1
$35 if registered between May 2 - July 18

NO ON-SITE REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED

Admission:

>100m Dash - All Prelims on Saturday except those divisions with less than 8 runners, as those will be run as a Final by time on Saturday.

>Hurdles - All 80H, 100H and 110H Events will be run as a Final on Saturday. 

>Field Events - Each competitor will get 3 Attempts in the Field Events, except HJ will still be 3 attempts at each height.  Awards will be given at each field event site.

>Results - Live Results at www.AATiming.com.  You can pick up your awards from the finish line once the results are posted on the Live Site.  Top 3 in each Division get a medal.

>Running Event Check In - When your Event and Division are called, you will check in at the White Tent by the start of the 100m Dash.  You will get a hip # to wear on your Left Hip, Shirts must be tucked in.

>Parent Volunteers Needed - If you are able to help at the Long Jump, Shot Put or Discus please let the official know as we will be short handed and could use more volunteers to help the events move along in a timely manner.
