DEADLINE EXTENDED - all wrestlers must register by Thursday, July 28 at 10 PM.

Modified high school rules will be used. For safety reasons, a mouth piece must be worn if wrestlers have braces.

Overtime is 1 minute. If still tied, it’s 30 seconds for 8th grade and under. For high school level, overtime is 1-30-30 and then the last 30 seconds if needed.

Time:
Weigh-ins: 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM
Competition: 9:00 AM

Age Determining Date:
Grade Divisions - age based off the 2022-2023 school year (age as of September 15, 2022)
Age Division - age based off date of competition, July 30, 2022

The State Games of America reserves the right to combine divisions as needed based on registration numbers.

Folkstyle will be offered in the following divisions:

Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals will be awarded to the top three places in each division.

Athletes can pick up their packets at Sukup South End Zone Club at Jack Trice Stadium. Access to Sukup End Zone is from University Boulevard. (MAP)
